The downstairs unit décor and character have a Nantucket flavor. It is more practical for children. The decks are more sheltered for people less attracted to the sun or for a drizzly day, when the children can play at the picnic table.

The living rooms in each unit have mirrors on the wall facing the ocean to reflect the views from any area in the living room.

The white slipcovers and the sea grass furniture in the upper unit have a California ambiance. This deck has sun all day.

Both apartments are equally popular. The master bedroom in each unit is actually a lounge. Each has seating to get away from it all. The views from there and the king size beds are of ocean and beach only.
